We oversee the mapping and rationalisation stages of typical operational processes in banking and finance companies as well as provide assistance to support the planning and control of Local Public Body management. Our aim with these activities is to guide our clients towards the best use of the information technology instruments at their disposal and eventually to help them choose the most adequate solutions to improve their working processes and the quality of their products/services.
